Detailed Description

Once your payment is complete, you can show your receipt to the staff at the library desk. Please also bring a physical form of government-issued photographic ID and a recent proof of address dated within the last three months. The process of creating a card may require a minimum of 10 minutes and we ask applicants to wait during this process.

Please Note: We cannot offer a refund once a card has been printed.

Important: For us to create your replacement ID card, please come to Clifford Whitworth Library between 9 a.m. – 5 p.m. Monday- Friday. We understand that these are common working hours and so advise people that you can visit up until 7pm. Due to a lower staffing level in the evenings and weekends, and the library being on swipe card access we cannot guarantee that you will be seen. We always try our utmost to process visitor IDs, but please understand we see high volumes of enquiries, can be very busy, and must prioritise current students.
