If you are a student and your ID card has been lost, you can pay for a replacement here.
To pay for a replacement ID card, click Add to Basket and then go to your Shopping Basket in order to Checkout.
Once your payment is complete you will receive an email receipt.
When you card has been printed you will receive an email to book an appointment to come and collect your ID Card.
You will need to bring the following with you:
- Original document to confirm your identity; this could be your Driving Licence, Passport or European Union Identity Card
- Face Covering
If you are a distance learning student, you will have the opportunity to request that your ID Card be mailed to you, during checkout. Please allow 2 working days for your card to be dispatched to you.
Please Note: We cannot offer a refund once a card has been printed.
Important: If you still have an ID card and it is damaged or does not work due to general wear and tear, you may not need to pay for a replacement. Please contact the Registration Team for further assistance.
You are responsible for all usage of your card and must keep it safe and secure at all times. Lost or stolen cards must be reported to us as soon as possible to firstname.lastname@example.org.
