Sports Nutrition and ExerciseSports Nutrition and ExerciseSalford Strength and Conditioning SymposiumDescriptionThe second edition of the Salford Strength and Conditioning Symposium held on the 19th and 20th June 2024 will showcase the excellent and extensive research from the sport and exercise staff at the University of Salford and their collaborators. Much of this research relates to the development and assessment of strength and power. The sport and exercise and strength and conditioning research from the University of Salford, is considered to be world leading, due to its applied nature and scientific rigour. The conference will help to translate the applied research findings into strength and conditioning practise, not only for local practitioners, but globally. As well as welcoming the strength and conditioning community to Salford, we will ensure that the content is live streamed for practitioners globally. You can view the programme here. Day 1 will take place at the University of Salford's MediaCityUK Campus and Day 2 will take place in the Mary Seacole Building on our Frederick Road Campus.
