DescriptionRebalancing Perspectives: Knowing Me, Knowing You....Evolving Higher Education to promote community wellbeing and inclusive health The Personalised Care Interprofessional Education Network (PerCIE) International Conference is proud to announce its second international research conference which will take place on Thursday 21st November 2024. The conference is free to attend and will take place online. The PerCIE conference will bring together organisations to explore how we work in partnership to promote education about health & wellbeing, through empowering students to provide person centred approaches to care and understanding what matters to the individual.

E: [email protected] More InformationThe international Personalised Care Interprofessional Education group (PerCIE) is a growing partnership across 147 organisations from across Higher Education Institutions, Integrated Care Boards, Public Health, Placement Learning staff , VCSE organisations and students. The group debates educational and partnership approaches that supports the generation of new socially connected learning opportunities for students in non-traditional contexts. Key questions will include o How we work together to evolve education to influence the learning environment? o How can we empower students to value themselves as agents of health promotion? o How do we enable students to flourish? o How do we shift mindsets in education, policy makers and organizations to promote positive wellbeing across health and social care to support those in need? o How can we model health promoting behaviours in the student population? o How do we moblilise the workforce through influencing learners? o How do we recruit and retain students and future workforce that cares about the most vulnerable? o How do we prepare students to work across health and social care environments? o What are the key educational approaches that can be used?
