Important Information – Please Read
This page is only to be used for documents that are still in the University archives (all awards conferred prior to February 2015). If you require a replacement document, please use the Documents category. If you have recently graduated and require your documents urgently, please use the Urgent Document request.
IMPORTANT: Please be aware before placing your order that documents can only be produced once your School has processed your award on the system and confirmed this to Student Administration. This process will take at least 20 working days and awards cannot be issued before this point.
Request your original documents (Certificate/Transcript/Academic Confirmation Letter) to be posted out to you. Please select your postage option below by clicking 'Add to Basket' for the option you want, and then advise which documents you require in the ‘Additional Information’ section on the following page.
On receipt of your payment we aim to produce your documents within 10 working days plus delivery times. The University cannot be held responsible for postal service in relation to the delivery of your documents.
