Pay for this service if you have recently graduated and need to request urgent processing/delivery of your Certificate or Transcript.
Please be aware that it is our policy not to scan original certificates and transcripts.
If you add more than one document to the same order, you will only pay one delivery charge.
Before placing your order, please be aware before placing your order that documents can only be produced once your School has processed your award on the system and confirmed this to Student Administration. This process will take at least 10 working days and awards cannot be issued before this point.
You will be required to explain the reasons for your urgent request. Please note that Student Administration will make a decision about the urgency of your request. If the reason is deemed to be insufficient, your order will be refunded.
You will need to send supporting evidence to email@example.com to support your request e.g. job offer or employer letter with deadline, University offer letter.
On receipt of your request and payment we aim to produce your documents within 5 working days plus delivery times.
NOTE: URGENT DOCUMENTS WILL ONLY BE DELIVERED VIA A TRACKED SERVICE (DELIVERY CHARGES BELOW ARE IN ADDITION TO THE £20 PROCESSING FEE):
- UK Delivery: £5.00 - Royal Mail Recorded
- International Delivery: £20.00 - DHL Express
We cannot be held responsible for postal service in relation to the delivery of your documents.
